DEFINITIONS
Company (referred to as either "the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Radiant Life Marketing.

Service refers to the Website and services offered by the Company.

Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Marketing Roadmaps & Branding Packages: Payments for these services are non-refundable once booked.
Branding & Website Packages: If a project is canceled or delayed by the Client for more than 30 days, the Company reserves the right to invoice for:
All work completed up to the date of cancellation or delay, including expenses; or
The amount of any deposit or milestone payment made.
Original materials will remain the property of Radiant Life Marketing, though they may be made available if the project resumes within six months.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content created by Radiant Life Marketing, including but not limited to logos, designs, written copy, and website designs, is the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a limited license to use the materials provided by the Company solely for their intended purposes.

You may not modify, copy, reproduce, or use any content from the Company’s Website or delivered services without prior written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Radiant Life Marketing or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to:

Loss of profits.
Loss of data.
Business interruptions.
In all cases, the Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by You for the Service in question.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. If this applies to You, some of the limitations above may not apply.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If You have any concerns or disputes regarding the Service, You agree to first contact the Company to attempt resolution informally at alexandra@radiantelifemarketing.com

Radiant Life Marketing makes no guarantees regarding specific results from services provided. Success depends on various factors, including the Client’s effort and market conditions.

Although it is highly unlikely, these Terms may be changed at any time at Our discretion. Updates will be posted to this page.
